HUDA BEAUTY Matte Perfection Pre-Makeup Base Primer is a 60-percent water-based formula that gives you on-the-spot control of your makeup. The easy-to-use dropper pack allows for controlled dispensing so you can apply it all over, or target specific areas of the face.
Suggested Usage:
-Apply one drop of primer onto skin, focusing on oil-prone areas. Areas to mattify are the T-zone, around the nose, upper lip, and laugh lines.
-Allow the product to melt into skin for 20 seconds, before applying foundation.
-Primer can be applied both under foundation to create a smooth and silky canvas, or on its own for a mattified effect.
