Barchin Market Shipping and Exchange
All items sold at Barchin Market are packaged securely and are shipped by Canada Post, the national postal system of Canada. Canada post will deliver the items to destination country at which point the item is turned over to customs for clearance and final delivery to the customer.
Cost of Shipping
For a given item, the cost of shipping is dependent on the weight and volume of the final package, the destination country the package is to be delivered, and method of shipment. The cost of shipping is calculated by Canada Post and is provided to the customer at the Cart and Checkout pages.
Customs Clearance at the Destination Country
Depending on the policy of the destination country, the item in delivery may or may not incur additional charges at customs. For all items shipped, it is Customer’s responsibility to pay the additional charges to release the item from customs. Due to large variety of products available at Barchin Market, We are not able to predict how much, if any, the customs will charge.
For Iran, customers receiving more than 1 package within the same Iranian calendar year and under the same recipient name, the first package a incurs 50,000 Toman clearance cost, and the subsequent packages each incur a 350,000 Toman clearance cost at customs.
Barchin Market provides a 14-day exchange period from the date the item has been delivered to the customer. In order for the customer to be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in their original packaging, unopened, not used, and not damaged.
